Implementation Window
Your onboarding journey begins after the kickoff meeting with dedicated implementation sessions scheduled within a fixed calendar window. During this period, our team will configure Freezerworks to match your workflow. We want to ensure your team launches successfully and is prepared to maximize the value of your investment.
Implementation Meetings
The number of implementation sessions varies by edition. Each session covers key configuration areas to get your team up and running. Sessions are scheduled within your implementation window and can be customized to address your specific needs. Basic Technical Support
Included support covers issues resolvable within two hours. This includes troubleshooting, user onboarding assistance, and general system questions. Complex troubleshooting or advanced support beyond our standard scope requires an Extended Support Package.
